Glocks Gen 1 thru Gen 5 and all their clones will disappear from gun stores across the State on New Year's Eve. Gen 6 guns, incapable of the egregious "Switch", modification will never be considered by the Maryland Handgun Roster Board. Like semi-automatic pistol magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds can't be bought, sold or shipped into Maryland, Glocks already owned will be unaffected. This new law will undoubtably be challenged in Federal Court here and in New York and California.
